Just the thought of building a luxury home can be daunting.
It takes literally hundreds of people coordinating thousands
of details over many months.

But it's different at JCI John James Custom Homes, Inc..
Our extensive and organized preparation means you avoid the worries and stress commonly associated with building. We present you with the most thorough specifications and complete in house drawings, "Details are Important" . John personally designs and draws most of the homes we build. His unique talents and background in the construction industry surpass the standards of the Design & Build concept.

  1. John has an initial consultation with a client to preview ideas and idea concepts. He wants to make sure that the home he builds for you is the home of your dreams. An agreement by and between Builder & Client will be initiated at this time to reflect that we are working together on a project.
  2. A preliminary sketch is then drawn and reviewed for clarity in our second meeting.
  3. After clarifications are edited a final sketch is produced and then reviewed with the client for final approval.
  4. Upon approval by the client, if we are working with a subdivision that requires plan approval. The plan will be submitted to that committee for review.
  5. After committee's review and comments of plan changes to be made are evident a meeting with the client will be initiated for the purpose of plan editing and explanation thereof to conform with the committee ís comments.
  6. Plan editing to conform with the subdivision standards will be initiated and the Building plan will be completed for final submission to the committee.
  7. Upon plan approval by the committee a final meeting will be called for client approval and signature reflecting final approval by clients.
  8. Upon contractual agreement and down payment initiation a copy of the Plan will then be remitted to the client. At no time during the initial process will the client be allowed to remove the preliminary prints from the Builders possession.
